Some of the ways to consume it are—chewing on raw ginger, ginger ale, ginger tea, and even ginger supplements.
3. Apple Cider Vinegar Drink
All you need is a cup of warm water, one tbsp of apple cider vinegar, and one tbsp of honey for this drink. This helps in reducing stomach aches that are caused by indigestion or gas and can also help in improving digestion. Taking apple cider vinegar undiluted is not recommended though as it may irritate the throat and tooth enamels because of its high acidic nature.
Heat works well with easing stomach ache—especially in the form of heating pads and hot water bottles. This is why women use them when they get period cramps too.
