Direk Lauren Dyogi addresses netizens over changes in PBB Voting Rules

On November 12, Star Magic Head Direk Lauren Dyogi addressed netizens who expressed concerns with the Pinoy Big Brother Voting rules, which changed during the run of the reality TV show.

Via Twitter, a netizen reacted to the sudden change in voting mechanics and the apparent zeroing out of previous votes sent by the audiences.

Dyogi addressed the netizen, noting that they didn’t zero out the votes.

He also pointed out that the Kapamilya network encountered difficulties during the first week of nominations which impeded the implementation of their new voting mechanics.

He also addressed another netizen with a similar concern, citing the technical issues.

He then answered another netizen who voiced his concerns about using KUMU to vote, noting that the app has been their partner since the last season of PBB.

Dyogi also added that they intended to launch a 48-hour unli voting period the week prior.

He also explained that the 48-hour period gives supporters equal chances for voting.

He also noted that they had to adapt to the changes they faced recently.

Finally, he thanked the netizens who voiced their concerns and expressed their support to the PBB housemates.

Recently, PBB: Kumunity Season 10 announced that they plan to use virtual gifts in the KUMU app to save or evict nominated housemates during the voting period.
