(SPOT.ph) While we’ll always be suckers for restaurants and coffee shops with great interiors, there are times that we just need that breath of fresh air that you can only really get from the outdoors. If you can bring your furry pals with you so you can bond with them as you dine and drink, all the better! Here’s where you can do just that: Check out Kofe, a laid-back café in Mabolo that’s pet-friendly and serves great coffee, too!

Here’s why Kofe is a must-visit cafe in Cebu:

Kofe has a rustic, free-spirited sort of charm to it that might bring to mind the small eateries of Bali. Its storefront features elements like wood and straw, plus plants placed by the chairs and trees in the background that give you a vibrant burst of green. You can take a seat by the counter and chat up their friendly baristas or simply take the time to admire the view in front of you.

While your other senses are taking in the sights, sounds, and smells of Kofe, you can treat your tastebuds to their cups of joe made with local coffee blends. Their lineup includes all the essentials—including the creamy Cafe Latte (P110), Caramel Macchiato (P110), and Iced Cafe Mocha (P130). There are non-caffeinated options as well, like the Sikwate (P80) or their take on hot chocolate. And if you’ve brought along your pooch, you can also get the Pappuccino (P50)—a cup of whipped cream that they’ve made especially for dogs!

If you’re looking for heavier fare, Kofe’s got savory meals too. Go for a rich bite with the Creamy Carbonara (P130), or go for good ol’ Pinoy comfort food like the Chorizo Bungkag (P130). From there, you can end your meal on a sweet note with pastries like the Chocolate Moist Cake (P90).
