Xian Lim, Glaiza de Castro’s ‘False Positive’ airing, moved to June?
On February 12, reports surfaced about Xian Lim and Glaiza de Castro’s False Positive moving its air date to June.
According to an article from PEP, changes in GMA Network’s programming influenced the release date of False Positive, especially with the premiere of the Sanya Lopez-Gabby Concepcion series, First Lady, this February 14.
They also reported that the series gave their timeslot to GMA Network’s Mano Po Legacy, which pushed Lim and de Castro’s series to June.
Earlier, GMA Network postponed Lim’s Love Die Repeat, especially with his co-star, Jennylyn Mercado’s, pregnancy during their locked-in filming. Lim admitted that he felt admitted feeling anxious about the postponement of his Kapuso project.
However, they clarified that Love Die Repeat is available for airing anytime. Fortunately, the team behind the series finalized the production of the Kapuso teleserye after they completed their locked-in taping in November.
Thankfully, despite the delays in the release of his Kapuso projects, Lim continues to have other productions under his belt. His most recent one is the Viva horror movie directed by Brillante Mendoza, Bahay na Pula, which streams on February 25 via Vivamax. Lim stars alongside Julia Barretto and Marco Gumabao in the said Vivamax project.
Notably, having multiple projects and platforms is beneficial for Lim because it shows his bankability as an actor. And in this instance, these numerous platforms help him whenever one of his other projects encounters an unforeseen delay.
