You can skip all the testing and learn from the chefs themselves through La Germania online class called La Germania: Masterclass Series, a five-part installment of virtual cooking classes in partnership with famous chefs and celebrities.

Part of their lineup is a step-by-step process on how to cook Cibo’s signature Penne al Telefone, taught by none other than the founder of Cibo herself, Margarita Forés. You’ll also learn how to whip up classic Italian-Style Meatballs with the help of Chef Lau of Chef Laudico Guevarra’s and OK Café.

For those who are fans of Yabu and Ippudo, the Executive Chef, Chef Lee Jose, will teach you how to make their special recipe for Okonomiyaki, a delicious Japanese savory pancake. Chef Kalel Chan, the Corporate Chef of the Raintree Group, is also included in the lineup and he will be teaching you how to take a simple fried chicken to the next level.

Pod-mom and celebrity Saab Magalona-Bacarro and pod-husband Jim Bacarro will teach you how to prepare Steak and Mashed Potatoes—the perfect dish to prepare for special occasions.
