PAGASA: Shear line affecting N. Luzon

(Eagle News) — The shear line is affecting Northern Luzon. According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Batanes, and Cagayan will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.
