SOLANO, Nueva Vizcaya, Oct. 1 (PIA) – Municipal-based E-Jeeps here will resume their Point-to-Point (P2P) operations in the province following the quarantine shift of this town from MECQ to Modified Community Quarantine (MCQ).
Mayor Eufemia Dacayo said the First Novo Vizcayano Travellers Transport Cooperative (FNVTTC) will resume their daily operation from 6 am to 5 pm.
Their daily trips are as follows: Solano-Quezon, Solano-Bambang, Solano-Belance, Dupax del Norte (UV Express), Bambang-Belance, Dupax del Norte (UV Express) and Bambang -Sta. Fe (UV Express).
The E-Jeeps terminals are: Barangay Poblacion North in Solano town, Calderon Compound in Bayombong town, Pick N Save, Brgy. Homestead in Bambang town, People’s Gymnasium, Brgy. Aurora in Quezon town, Brgy. Poblacion in Sta. Fe town and Brgy. Belance in Dupax del Norte town.
Dacayo said the E-Jeeps will strictly implement minimum health protocols such as mandatory wearing of facemask and face shield, travel pass from barangays, mandatory taking of body temperaturem, passenger manifest (LOG-IN at the terminal for contact tracing purposes), social distancing, washing of hands at the terminal with soap and water at the designated hand washing area, hand sanitation and observance of silence inside the E-Jeep.(MDCT/BME/PIA 2-Nueva Vizcaya)
