The Chocolate Kiss Cafe

The Chocolate Kiss Cafe’s Sans Rival (P140/three-inch round cake, P580 for a 5.5″x7.5-inch cake, P1,050 for a 7.5×11-inch cake) has won over many a University of the Philippines student and alumni’s heart for its silky-smooth buttercream and crispy-chewy meringue wafers. You can place an advanced order by 12 noon of the day before your intended pickup date through this form, or order for same-day pickup from Wednesdays to Saturdays by giving them a call at least an hour in advance. From there, you can book a courier to get it delivered from their Fairview commissary straight to you.

Mary Grace Cafe gives classic sans rival an extra- crunchy twist with their Toasted Almond Sans Rival (P595/mini, P1,595/whole), which was formerly a limited-edition treat but is now part of their regular menu. Granda’s Sweets and Delicacies gives you great bang for your buck with their Sansrival (P215/small, P420/big), which also made it in our 2019 Top 10 Sans Rival list. We especially loved the cake’s rich, velvety frosting and complemented with the crunch that comes from the nuts and the meringue.
