ABS-CBN set a record anew as it announced a new content partnership via Facebook on Saturday, January 15, this time with VIU.
Its collaboration with Viu is the third with a streaming service. Previously, ABS-CBN also inked partnerships with iQiyi and WeTV iflix.
It initially teased about this on twitter on January 14, Friday, with the caption, “The most exciting content partnership is about to happen.”

ABS-CBN revealed on their social media accounts that they will soon air The Broken Marriage Vow 48 hours after it will be available on VIU starting Saturday, January 22.
The network is also set to air Flower of Evil and more as VIU contents.
It wrote, “ABS-CBN Entertainment strengthen its digital presence as it inks partnership with VIU.
“To kick off the partnership, ABS-CBN’s highly anticipated upcoming drama series The Broken Marriage Vow, will become available on VIU starting January 22, 48 hours before its TV broadcast.”
The Broken Marriage Vow is the Philippine adaptation of the hit BBC series Doctor Foster.
Viu is a Hong Kong-based over-the-top (OTT) video streaming provider from Viu International Ltd, a PCCW Group Company. It delivers content in different genres from Asia’s top content providers with local language subtitles, as well as original production series under ‘Viu Original’ initiative.
