Kapamilya actor Enchong Dee is excited to see a former Philippine President (probably Duterte) be ‘handed’ to the International Criminal Court (ICC).
On his tweet, August 11, he posted a photo of a news report stating that the former Sudan President Omar Al-Bashir was being handed to the ICC by the country he once led.
The actor then captioned: “Yeeees I wanna see this next year in PH.”
In September, he tweeted his concern about the “outrageous and unconstitutional decisions” of Duterte.
As long as he’s in power, we will continue to see outrageous and unconstitutional decisions. Not only by him but his minions as well. The worst part is, they will defend their actions with idiotic and grandeur statement
The actor, on July 8, 2021, got disgusted by Duterte’s leadership. He shared a ranking of the least safe countries in the world, the Philippines topping the list.
Dee tweeted, “Eto ang hitsura ng diktatorya ng administrasyong ito.”
To recall, the ICC in June 2021 wanted to investigate the alleged crimes against humanity committed by Duterte during his war on drugs campaign.
The intergovernmental organization will also seek approval to look into the killings in Davao City from 2011 to 2016.
However, Duterte is threatened not. In his final State of the Nation Address (SONA), July 26, he taunted the ICC by ordering more “killings.”
“I would be frank, I would never deny and the ICC can record it: Those who destroy my country, I will kill you. And those who destroy the young people of our country, I will kill you. I will destroy you because I love my country,” declared Duterte.
He then ordered Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa, his former national police chief, to kill “idiot” police officers. He referred to suspected enforcers, who supply arms to communist rebels under the guise of providing firearms to security officials in business establishments.
“Many soldiers died because of the arms they brought into the Philippines. So that my orders to you, if you see them walking around, kindly shoot them dead. I would be happy,” barked Duterte.
Currently, Enchong is busy doing YouTube vlogs and managing his recently-opened business, the Academy of Rock (AOR) Philippines.
He is also part of the Kapamilya inspirational-miracle drama series Huwag Kang Mangamba.
