There’s More to Callalily’s Hit Song “Magbalik” Than Its Memorable Intro

(SPOT.ph) Pinoy pop-rock band Callalily has been making music we’ve been singing along to for over 15 years, with tracks like “Stars,” “Pansamantala,” “Ex,” and, of course, “Magbalik.” That unmistakable opening riff has inspired countless covers over the years, arguably making it the band’s most popular track to date. 

In this teaser trailer from Summit’s video-first channel OG, frontman Kean Cipriano lets us in on what usually would happen when they perform “Magbalik” live, and what the story behind the track is (surprise, even he seems a bit confused about it now!). Check it out below:
