Having a lunch or dinner party? We brought Grant Burge Prosecco NV and Prosecco Rosé.

Iconic Barossa winery Grant Burge adds two new Prosecco wines to their renowned premium range, just in time for sparkling enthusiasts to enjoy the warmer weather. New Grant Burge Prosecco NV and Prosecco Rosé are youthful, fresh, and contemporary wines and set to be an Australian summer favourite, for every occasion.

Offering a lighter style, a touch of fruit, and with slightly lower alcohol (ABV 11.5%), the new Prosecco NV and Prosecco Rosé offer the perfect premium drop to add some sparkle to an afternoon barbecue, share with friends at a summer soiree or gift to a prosecco lover.

Our love for locally crafted bubbles is popular as ever and shows no signs of slowing.

Chief Winemaker Craig Stansborough says prosecco enthusiasts and Grand Burge fans alike will notice the attention to craftsmanship in these elegantly structured and beautifully balanced wines, a hallmark of the Grant Burge Brand.

“New Prosecco NV and Prosecco Rosé are refreshing in flavour, youthful and slightly lower in alcohol than Grant Burge’s more traditional sparklings, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir Chardonnay Rosé. These wines are ideal to enjoy over long lunches or to pop a bottle for summer celebrations and festive drinking occasions.”

Grant Burge Prosecco NV and Prosecco Rosé are crafted with pristine grapes sourced from cool climate regions across South-Eastern Australia known for producing elegant and premium prosecco with fresh and lively fruit characters.

Grant Burge Prosecco NV boast a light straw colour and floral nos bursting with white peach and acacia honey. Notes of pistachio and stone frit entertain the palate before experiencing a subtle finish of honeysuckle. Grant Burge Prosecco Rosé has a pale pink complexion and offers soft red fruits with a bright minerality and slightly savoury nature. Dry in taste, with just a hint of tanning adding texture to the fresh and fruity style.

As a lighter style sparkling, prosecco pairs well with beloved Australian cuisines and summer favourites such as fresh seafood, savoury cheeses, and fruit-driven desserts.

Now available at leading liquor stores Australia-wide from AUD$25 per bottle.
