Sinaing na Tulingan Recipe
Sinaing is a super simple cooking process. Meaning “steamed”, this sinaing na isda recipe using the tulingan or bullet tuna lets the fish be the star of the meal. It’s also known as pinangat na tulingan in Laguna.
This is traditionally cooked in clay pots, but a wok or deep pot will work, too.
