(Eagle News) — A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck Leyte on Wednesday, Oct. 20. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 6:12 a.m. It had its epicenter 12 kilometers northeast of Albuera. The depth of focus was two kilometers.
