IATF okays 70% to 100% passenger capacity in public tranport starting Nov. 4 in Metro Manila, nearby areas

  (Eagle News) — Starting Thursday, Nov. 4, public transport in Metro Manila and adjacent provinces will be slowly eased from 70 percent to full capacity, Malacanang said.
