NLRC-NCRAB resumes operation on July 15

QUEZON CITY, July 16  —   The National Labor Relations Commission – National Capital Region Arbitration Branch (NLRC-NCRAB) has resumed its regular operations yesterday, July 15, but with a decreased number of stakeholders that will be allowed in the office due to limited space and ensure physical distancing.

In its Facebook page post, the NLRC said that they will be distributing queuing number and will only allow to the following transactions: filing of request for assistance (RFAs); filing of complaints; walk-in settlements; settlement of parties with pending RFAs/cases pending at the office of the labor arbiter;, amendment of complaint; re-raffle of cases; filing of pleadings/memorandum of appeals; posting of cash bonds/payment of fee/claim of checks; application/release of certification of no pending case/request for certified true copies of pleadings/decisions; and verification of status of cases/resetting conferences hearing.

The NLRC reminds the public that no face mask, no entry policy will be enforced, and social distancing must be strictly followed at all times.
