PAGASA: ITCZ affecting S. Mindanao

(Eagle News) — The Intertropical Convergence Zone is affecting Southern Mindanao. According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, as a result, Davao Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.
