PAGASA: Trough of LPA affecting eastern section of Mindanao

(Eagle News) — The trough of a low pressure area is affecting the eastern section of Mindanao. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said the easterlies are also affecting Luzon and Visayas.
