PPA reiterates “No Permit, No Service” policy in all ports nationwide

(Eagle News) — The Philippine Ports Authority has reiterated its  “No Permit, No Service” policy in all ports nationwide. The PPA made the statement following what it said was the continued refusal of some truckers to comply.
