Shear line affecting eastern section of N. Luzon: PAGASA

(Eagle News)– The shear line is affecting the eastern section of Northern Luzon. According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, the northeast monsoon is also affecting the rest of Northern Luzon.
