Typhoon “Odette” traverses Sulu Sea; Signal No. 3 still raised over parts of Luzon, Visayas

(Eagle News) — Signal No. 3 is still raised over parts of Luzon and Visayas as Typhoon “Odettte” passes over the Sulu Sea between Cuyo and Cagayancillo Islands.
