Everyone knows food tastes better when it’s cooked outside. But despite what you might’ve learned as a Boy or Girl Scout, a campfire can be a complicated endeavor — it blows smoke in your face, its open flame doesn’t always cook evenly, and it can be difficult to light and maintain in windy weather.
