Start Saving: Here’s How Much the iPhone 13 Series Will Cost in the Philippines

(SPOT.ph) Earlier this month, Apple officially unveiled their latest lineup of new and improved gadgets including an updated iPad, iPad Mini, Apple Watch, and of course, the highly anticipated iPhone 13. If you’ve been eyeing the tech giant’s brand-new flagship smartphone series, then it’s time to start saving. Apple just released the official list of iPhone 13 prices in the Philippines!

Much like the iPhone 12, the iPhone 13 series includes four models: the iPhone 13 Mini, the iPhone 13, the iPhone 13 Pro, and the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Gadget leaks and industry rumors circulating the Internet in the months leading up to the phones’ reveal predicted that the 13 series’ prices would be similar to those in the 12’s—and they were sort of right.

The iPhone 13 series starts at P44,990 for the smallest model (the 13 Mini) while the iPhone 12 series started at P43,990 upon initial release. The main difference to take note of, however, is that unlike the iPhone 12—which had a starting memory capacity of 64 GB—all models in the 13 series have a starting memory capacity of 128 GB. That means you’ll pay close to the same price as you would have in late 2020 for a brand-new iPhone 12 model, but for double the memory capacity.

With that in mind, a new iPhone 13 may be a more-bang-for-your-buck purchase than the new iPhone 12 was a year ago. Take note, however, that previous iPhone models’ prices are always expected to drop following the release of a new smartphone series, so keep your eyes peeled for huge discounts from Apple in the next few weeks!
