QPPO Provincial Director Renato B. “This is in line with the PNP’s Anti-Insurgency Program on the implementation of Executive Order No. 70 committed to safeguard the interest of the public and maintain its community based programs and activities thru the continuous field operations and Adopt a Family Program,” Mallonga added.

Further, PCOL Mallonga urged the remaining CPP NPA members to lay down their arms and live a normal life with their families while they still have chance.

“Those who will surrender will be enrolled in the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP), the latest program of the government that provides shelter, employment, and livelihood for the rebel returnees,” the provincial director said. (MDCT/TCB/PIA 2-Quirino)
